Growing up, born from a mixed background, I have been teased and abused in many ways especially in the refugee camp in Thailand . When I was around the Khmer people, they called me Cham because of my mother. While I was around the Cham people, they called me Chinese because of my father. When I was with the Vietnamese, they called me Khmer because I was dark and Khmer of course:)! I remember being so angry and sad because I didn’t fit in with any group of people. I just wanted to be accepted as a human being. We are all distant relatives, white, black, yellow and red….we are the children of the earth. I am a perfectly imperfect beautiful human like you, you, and you.
Welcome to my motivational blog! If you're looking to lift up your spirit and empower yourself then you have come to the right place. This blog will focus on every aspect of the human experience, especially the art of self-celebration and the power of positive thinking. The greatest asset in life is self-worth and self-acceptance. I am a Khmer woman so hear me roar like thunder and soar like an eagle in the sky. Above all, I'm a pearl of grace and a priceless treasure....and so are you.
